Orders made via our website are automatically enrolled for a 1-year warranty and to process warranty claims, should a claim arise, we store your order details on our system.
If your solar light is faulty on arrival or develops a fault within the first 30 days of receipt, then please notify us within the 30-day window for a replacement/refund option. In this case, we will send you a pre-paid label to use for returning the faulty light. You will need to return the light in its original packaging and condition – interfering with the light’s workings in any way will void the warranty.
If you experience an issue with your product within the warranty period, but outside of the 30-day return window, then we will offer you a replacement. You will arrange shipment of the faulty light using a pre-paid returns label to our warehouse and we will send you a replacement free of charge. The warranty is valid for up to 1 years from the date of purchase.
In all cases, we will uphold valid warranty claims on the date we are notified of a fault. If there is a fault with your Solar Light, then let us know as soon as possible. If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, but you do not inform us of this until the warranty period has elapsed, then your warranty will be deemed to have expired and we cannot offer a replacement.
The scope of the warranty does not include damage caused by an act of god, human error, mishandling, animal or accident.
