Refund Policy

Returns procedure:

Get in touch using any one of the contact methods shown on our help page. Please supply us with the following information: name, address, order ID and e-mail address. Our fully trained staff will provide you with further instructions as soon as they have confirmed your order.

Refunds procedure:

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, you will receive an e-mail receipt. Your refund will be processed by our administration team and credit for the full amount paid will be returned to the original source of payment.

Unwanted items:

Unwanted items can be returned under our 30-day money back guarantee. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. We do not provide a pre-paid label for returning unwanted items.

Faulty Items:

Faulty items are covered under our 1-year warranty.

If we are notified of a fault within 30 days of delivery, you will have two options:

  – Full refund

  – Exchange for the same or similar product(s)

If you notify us of a fault after 30 days from when you placed the order, you can exchange your product(s) for the same or similar product(s).

With all cases in which the product is faulty, we provide a pre-paid return label.

Damaged or defective on arrival:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, then please notify us within 10 days.
